Low Flash Memory
The Low Flash Memory alert is generated when the flash memory in the device is low. Flash memory is getting used up by the software, logs, configuration files, etc. 

Low RAM Memory
The Low RAM Memory alert is generated when the RAM memory is low. RAM is getting used up by the software, logs, configuration files, etc.

Reboot the device to see if memory is cleared. Unused applications, log files and other unnecessary data may need to be deleted from the device.
