Learn how to view subscription list, add a subscription, edit subscription, delete subscription and view my subscription list.
Whenever a user subscribes to reports directly from any report, an entry will be made in the Subscription list. You can also add a new subscription from the subscription list. You can Edit or Delete the subscriptions as well.
To create and view subscription:
The subscription list screen includes:

The multiple actions are: Adding Subscription, Editing Subscription and Deleting Subscriptions.
You can subscribe to report by creating a subscription and specifying the subscription settings.
Adding subscription allows you to create a new subscription manually.
To add a subscription:
Once you subscribe to a report, you can edit the settings, specify different subscription settings for each recipient and allow them to manage subscriptions.
To edit a subscription:
Deleting a subscription allows you to delete the existing subscription for a report. The users who have subscribed to the report will no longer be able to receive the reports.
To delete a subscription:
1. Select a subscription and click .
2. Click Yes to confirm and No to cancel the operation.
Go to Reports > Subscription List > My Subscriptions. This tab displays all the report subscriptions that you are subscribed to.
You can unsubscribe from a report from My Subscription tab. Select the checkbox corresponding to subscription, and click the Unsubscribe button.
